Flock is built around anonymity. Your profile shows only a first name, age, and a handful of likes and dislikes. We do not ask for photos, biographies, phone numbers or social media handles.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect an email address, which we use for account access, password resets and important service updates. We also store the profile information you choose to enter, your check-ins and plans, and any events you create or RSVP to.

Location

We only use your device location when you explicitly choose to check in where you are, use your location to pick a city, or enable auto check-out. You can revoke location permission at any time in your browser or device settings.

How we use data

We use your data to show the live board and map, send you account and event emails, keep the app secure, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies

Flock uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account & Data Deletion page. If you need help, email notify@flockapp.co.
